fantastic location huge range helpful service slow check-in limited spa deceptive photos
The location of the hotel WAS fantastic. The breakfast included a huge range of choices. The concierge service was really helpful (especially for dinner reservations!).
The check-in process WAS slow. The spa facilities were limited. I found the photos of the sky bar deceptive.

The hotel boasts large, beautifully decorated rooms. the pool folks remembered my name. Paulo really made my afternoons relaxing. rafael helped me plan my evenings. This was a great help.

my stay included a comfortable beautiful room city view. the room offered a fantastic view. housekeeping kept the room in immaculate condition. reception was also friendly and efficient.
i found the elevator service to be slow. wait times were sometimes long.

the concierge was attentive, always ready to assist. staff provided excellent customer service . they were helpful with directions and recommendations, offering a genuinely warm welcome.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of items. i found the choice to be fantastic. the restaurants were sophisticated and the food was AMAZING!!! presentation was also very detailed.
